Chris Walsh is a multidimensional hospitality professional with over two decades of experience across acclaimed kitchens and dining rooms in Chicago, St. Louis, and Los Angeles. Raised in restaurants and trained in both front- and back-of-house roles, Chris brings a calm, steady leadership style and a deeply intuitive, guest-first approach to service.

His career includes roles at renowned restaurants such as The Pump Room, Monteverde, Blackbird, and Soho House West Hollywood, where he developed expertise as a Captain and Assistant Sommelier. As a co-owner of Voyager, Chris gained hands-on experience in food production and small-business operations. In St. Louis, he also served as a Sommelier at Polite Society before continuing his wine and leadership work at Good Funk West Town.
